The Social Branch (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Reveal mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the App. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you delete your account, your data is soft-deleted and retained for 60 days before permanent deletion. This retention period allows for account recovery if you change your mind. After 60 days, your personal data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems.

Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be used to identify you.

We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include encrypted data transmission, secure cloud infrastructure, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

When you delete your account, your data enters a 60-day soft-deletion period, after which all personal data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems. During the soft-deletion period, you may recover your account by logging back in.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users who are at least 17 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 17. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a user under 17, we will take steps to delete that information as quickly as possible. 10. App Tracking Transparency and Do Not Track

Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
On iOS 14.5 and later, we will request your permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites using Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. If you decline the ATT prompt, we will not track you across other apps or websites, and we will not use your device's Advertising Identifier (IDFA). You can change your tracking preferences at any time in your iOS device settings under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. We currently do not respond to DNT signals as there is no universally accepted standard for how to interpret them. However, you can manage your tracking preferences through your device and browser settings as described in this policy.
